How File Deletion Works
Free Plan: 1 Hour
Free tier: both your original PDF and the redacted version stay available for up to 1 hour after processing finishes.
Download Window
Make sure you download your redacted PDF within the retention window. Once downloaded, the file is queued for deletion. No copies remain on our servers after the window closes.
Automatic Deletion
Deletion is automatic and cannot be undone. When the retention period ends, both files are wiped from our infrastructure — gone for good. We cannot retrieve them.
No Extensions
The retention window cannot be extended. If you need more time, download your redacted PDF as soon as processing completes.
